Abstract
PURPOSE: To mix and discharge a polyurethane agent continuously and smoothly by providing a device in which a substance containing an active hydrogen compound and a substance containing an isocyanate compound are supplied through different passages to a mixing room.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge gun 21 consists of an on-off valve 24, passage 27, and a cleansing agent check valve 22 for the first substance, and an on-off valve 25, passage 30, and a cleansing agent check valve 23 for the second substance, and a mixing chamber 32 for mixing the both substances, and a discharge nozzle 34. As a result, a substance containing an active hydrogen compound and a substance containing an isocyanate compound are introduced through different on-off valves and passages to the mixing chamber where they are mixed and then discharged. After a certain amount is discharged, a cleaning agent is introduced through the check valves for cleaning. By so doing, the two substances are mixed and discharged, but as the mixing chamber and the check valves are separately located, a long lasting continuous operation is achieved without clogging the check valves by means of the mixed substances.
