Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the title mixing device which can be used for a long period without interruption under good conditions, characterized in that the washing liquid supplied to the mixing device is discharged toward the nozzles for the reaction liquids, thereby washing the nozzle holes completely. CONSTITUTION:Washing liquid and compressed air are sent through a washing tube 16 and an air pipe 21, respectively, to a washing nozzle 33, and sprayed into the mixing chamber 26. At the bottom of the washing nozzle 33, a diffuser having an inverted conical shape is integrated, and the flow of the washing liquid is deflected toward the nozzles 24 and 25. By turning the switches of the pumps 8, 9 on, polyisocyanate strored in a tank 1 and polyol in the tank 2 are circulated through return pipes 14, 15 and three-way valves 12, 13.
