Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the porous printing material capable of effecting the clear print by dissolving the hydrophile thermo-elastic elastomer in the solvent, dispersing water into the solution, removing the slovent from gained water dispersed solution to form the hydrous porous material, placing the pulverized material in the mold and sintering it.
CONSTITUTION: A single thermo-elastic elastomer containing a hydrophile group, mixture of thermo-elastic elastomers containing a hydrophile group and not containing a hydrophile group, or mixture of hydrophile material and thermo-elastic elastomer containing or not containing a hydrophile group is dissolved in solvent capable of dissolving the thermo-elastic elastomer with a boiling point below 120°C. After dispersing water into the solution, the solvent is selectively removed from thus obtained water dispersed solution to form hydrous poruos material. The porous material is pulverized into fine particles in diameter of severalμW200μ. Thus obtained fine particles are filled in a mold and sintered to form porous sintered material suitable for printing.
