Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid transmitting shock by the blowing-up of enging by providing the second orifice and the switching valve which is parallel to the second orifice and is opened at the expected low opening degree range of the opening degree of the throttle to the exhaust oil passage.
CONSTITUTION: When shifting withing the low opening degree range of the throttle, the flow passage resistance is decreased by opening the switching valve 24-1 which is provided on the exhaust oil passage 22-1, and the releasing side transmitting part member 3-2 is released at an early stage to prevent stalling of the engine. Also, at the transmitting of the throttle in the middle or high opening degree range, the flow passage resistance becomes a large value in accordance with the second orifice 23-1 of the exhaust oil passage 22-1 to delay the release of the releasing side transmitting part member 3-2, and the transmission shock by the blowing up of the engine can be prevented.
