Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic pack for facial treatment, especially for prevention and recovery of wrinkles, effective to constringe and soften the skin, by adding a substance selected from acetic acid, citric acid which may contain extrct of Japanese knotweed root, and salicylic acid, to a substrate which shrinks by drying. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic pack is manufactured by adding a skin-softening agent selected from acetic acid, citric acid which may contain extract of Japanese knotweed root, and salicylic acid, to a substrate which shrinks by drying, (e.g. wheat flour, calcium carbonate, talc, etc., esp. wheat flour), and the mixture is mixed homogeneously with water, alcohol, etc. The amount of the skin-softening agent is 0.5-10 times that of the substrate.
