Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A funnel 15 is placed under an evaporator 9 for collecting the drain water condensed in the evaporator 9, and the drain water is directed into a evaporator pan 17 through a drain pipe 16. In the case where an evaporator-side blower 13 is used exclusively for exhaust and a condenser-side blower 14 is used exclusively for intake, the drain water recovered from high-humidity exhaust air is heated by the evaporation pan 17 to evaporate and thereby to humidify low-humidity intake air and, together with the recovered sensible heat, heats the intake air. Thus, temperature and humidity can be recovered and the interior of the room can be kept at proper temperature and proper humidity.
