Abstract
PURPOSE: To carry out the gas filling and measuring work precisely and rapidly by cancelling the self-weight of the gas bomb by the tare rod and specifying the structure of the gas weight display scale plate.
CONSTITUTION: The gas weight display scale board comprises a fixed scale plate 11, a rotating scale plate 12 provided with a reverse scale to the scale of the fixed scale plate 11. The tare rod 2 equipped with the tare adjusting feed weight 4, suspension fittings 5, and a cooperating rod 7 is pivoted to the fulcrum 3. On the suspension fittings 5, the gas bomb 6 is suspended and at the end of the cooperating rod 7, the rack 9 engaging with the pinion 8 coaxially mounted on the weight display pointer 10 is mounted. Thus, after the tare adjusting feed weight 4 is slided and the self-weight of the gas bomb 6 is cancelled, the flon gas is guided under pressure into the bomb 6 through the pipe 17, so that the rack is elevated through the cooperating rod 7 and the filled gas amount is displayed on the fixed scale plate 11.
