Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhnce bonding effect of fibrous films by dissolving undercoating films with the solvent in disordervyarn coating and dissolving and bonding the undercoating films and fibrous films.
CONSTITUTION: A frame-form body 1 is constituted by spreading metal wires (steel wires). Undercoating is applied around the metal wires 11 to form undercoating film 12. The undercoating films 12 have rust-preventive and decorative effect. The frame-form body 1 is set to a rotary table 2 which is then rotated at a constant speed. Disordervyarn coating 4 is injected from a spray gun 3 to form fibrous films on the circumferential surface of the frame-body 1. The undercoating 12 is dissolved by the solvent contained in the 4. Acrylic-base or epoxy-base paints are used for the undercoating and the one comprising mixing acrylic-urethane-base paint base solution and the solvent composed primarily of ethyl alcohol at ratios of 3 to 7 based on weight is employed for the 4.
