Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize the display on the same screen for both the pattern and the real time waveform by switching the scanning system and the input signal applied to the video amplifier circuit in accordance with the pattern display and the real time waveform display.
CONSTITUTION: For the display of the pattern, the TV standard signal produced at graph generation circuit 1 is displayed in the same method of the ordinary TV. While in the case of the display for the real time waveform, the display contrary to the ordinary TV is given, that is, the horizontal and vertical oscillation frequencies are decreased and increased respectively. In other words, switches 3, 8 and 10 are switched downward via the display device control circuit, and the output of real time waveform horizontal oscillation circuit 14 is supplied to real time disply horizontal output circuit 15 to drive horizontal deflecting circuit 9 and thus to obtain the horizontal deflecting waveform. At the same time, vertical oscillation circuit 11 is synchronized with circuit 14, and the vertical deflecting waveform is obtained through vertical deflecting circuit 13. Then the vertical oscillation waveform is compared with the real time waveform via real time display luminance modulator 16 to obtain the luminance signal. The luminance signal is then displayed via video amplifier circuit 4.
