Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide laminated plates free from contamination of the surface of resin and the press plate due to attachment thereto by molding cellulose acetate- butyrate film or cellulose acetate-propionate film laminated on one surface or two surfaces of a prepreg.
CONSTITUTION: When molding prepregs laminated, or metal foil laminated on one side of a prepreg, cellulose acetate-butyrate film is laminated at least one surface of the prepreg to mold. The cellulose acetate-butyrate film or the cellulose acetate- propionate film has a good flexibility even without being plasticized and a proper heat proofing. Therefore, there is no shrinkage during the molding along with an excellent mold releasing properties.
