CONSTITUTION:Graphite powder, vinyl chloride, a plasticizer, a solvent, etc., are mixed and kneaded and are shaped into the form of center cap 1 with a mold frame. This shaped material is put in a heating furnace while holding it with the mold frame so that it can be prevented from being softened and changed, and a temperature is lowered gradually from the room temperature up to approximately 300 deg.C for 8 hours. Further, it is calcinated in a non-oxidizing atmosphere such as argon and nitrogen for approximately one hour at approximately 1000 deg.C and is carbonized.
