Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the radiation tone quality from a center cap and the radiation tone quality from a diaphragm into the same quality and improve the high-band characteristic in the cone speaker by using the center cap suitable for the carbon diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Graphite powder, vinyl chloride, a plasticizer, a solvent, etc., are mixed and kneaded and are shaped into the form of center cap 1 with a mold frame. This shaped material is put in a heating furnace while holding it with the mold frame so that it can be prevented from being softened and changed, and a temperature is lowered gradually from the room temperature up to approximately 300 deg.C for 8 hours. Further, it is calcinated in a non-oxidizing atmosphere such as argon and nitrogen for approximately one hour at approximately 1000 deg.C and is carbonized. Center cap 1 obtained in this manner is incorporated into a diaphragm carbonized similarly to assemble an acoustic speaker, so that the radiation tone quality of the same quality can be obtained, and center cap 1 itself can be used for high-band reproducing.
