Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a brightness of the picture face, with Al film prevented from being expanded by a baking and a reflection film of good quality constructed, by choking a gap of phosphor particle layer with an organic quality and then evaporating the Al film.
CONSTITUTION: A phosphor particle layer is moistened by a water solution of hexamethylenediamine and dried, with a water trapped to the gap of particle. Subseqently, a water solution of chloride sebacate not sluble with water, is mixed with CCl4 and uniformly poured onto the fluorescent screen to be a liquid layer, and in the gap portion is constructed a polyamide film. The upper layer of organic liquid layer is removed and dried, than with Al film evaporated. In such method, on the phosphor particle surface is directly constructed the Al film, also on the organic film is constructed, becoming the Al film with high degree of optical contact, because of also providing a less amount of the organic material, an expansion of the Al film caused by a baking can be prevented with an improvement of the brightness of picture face made capable.
