Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the temperature of a photosensitive drum well and provide the apparatus which reproduces good images by disposing the drum-form photoreceptor removably from the apparatus body and connecting an electrical heating means and electrical supplying means by electrical relaying means. CONSTITUTION:A drum heater DH is disposed in a photosensitive drum D and the entire part thereof is made removable. From lead wires 9. 9', through the slide rings 1, 1' and slide brushes 2, 2' are connected via connectors A, B to a control printed board 13 via lead wires 14 and the printed board is connected to a temperature control element 3 and face-form drum heater DH. The voltage from the power source of the apparatus body is supplied to the temperature control means by the electrical relaying means provided with these connecting members. The drum D is rotated by the driving force of a drum gear 10 by the driving pin 10 engaged to an inner flange 12. The temperature of the drum heater DH is controlled by the control printed board 13 and temperature control element 3, whereby the apparatus which is capable of reproducing good images is provided.
