Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve productivity of thermoplastic polyurethane film by calender formation by using tafta and the like having larger adherior than polyurethane to calender roll.
CONSTITUTION: When melted polyurethane resin 2 is rolled by calender rolls 1, 1' to form film 6 and arrived between the calender rolls and a rubber roll 4, tafta 7 from a web 3 is transfered thereto together with the film 6. As addhesion between tafta 7 and film 6 is larger than the adhesion between calender roll 1' and film 6, the film 6 is transferred between the rubber roll 4 and an endboss roll 5 as film layer 8 attached to the tafta and wound up as web 9. Then after working such as printing is made on the surface of the film 6, the film 6 is separated from the tafta 7 to get article.
