Abstract

PURPOSE: To form an irregular torn pattern on the end portion of pattern-formed position by the procedure in which an adhesive tape is covered on a colorant coated over the pattern-formed position and the non-patterned position coated with an adhesion inhibitor of a base plate and then peeled off.
CONSTITUTION: The base plate 1 is fed into between the first press roll 7 and the first coating roll 8 corresponding to the non-patterned position 2 in order to coat the adhesion inhibitor 3 on the non-patterned position 2, and then the base plate 1 is fed into between the second press roll 9 and the second coating roll 10 in order to coat the colorant 5 over the patterned position 4 and the end of the adjacent non- patterned position 2. Furthermore, the base plate 1 is fed into between the third rolls 11 in order to press the adhesive tape 6 on the colorant 5 layer and then the adhesive tape 6 is peeled off by moving vertically and rapidly the winding roll 12. Whereupon, the colorant 5 on the end of the non-patterned position 4 is separated with the tape 6 and the colorant 5 on the end of the adjacent patterned position 4 is randomly peeled off. Thus, the irregular torn pattern 13 can be formed every one pattern.
