Abstract

PURPOSE: To econimically and effectively improve the effect of deodorization, by using ozone treating water removed ammonia, on occasion of deodorizing bad smell gas in the equipment by oxidation treatment by exhaust ozone and washing treatmet by ozone treating water.
CONSTITUTION: Ammonia in the original water to be treated A is reacted with nitrification fungus at the nitrification-denitrification treating apparatus 1 to nitric acid and moreover, the resulting product is changed into nitrogen to discharge in the atmosphere. The original water removed ammonia, is sent to the reaction vessel 2 and is contacted with the unreacted ozonized gas B here and then, is purified. On this occasion, the unreacted ozone C not reacted with the impurities in the original water, is joined with the bad smell gas D collected from every place of water treating equipment and a part of bad smell substance in the gas D is decomposed by oxidation. Washing treatment of the gas D is carried out by the ozone treating water E atomizing in the purifying vessel 3 and the above gas is deodorized nearly perfect and then, is discharged in the atmosphere.
