Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Aminoacid derivatives of formula I (R1 is H, benzoyl; R2 is naphthyl, 6-bromo-2-naphthyl).
EXAMPLE: L-prolyl-L-phenylalanyl-L-alginyl-1-naphthyl ester hydrochloride.
USE: Agent for measuring the activity of enzymes as tripsin or Rallikrein.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II and an alginine derivative of formula III is dissolved in a solvent as chloroform or dimethylformamide, an esterification accelerator as DCC or DPPA is added, and, when necessary, triethylamine is added. They are stirred at 0W40°C to give a compound of formula IV, from which groups protecting amino groups are removed, e.g., by hydrogenation using Pd-C catalyst to give the compound of formula I.
