Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure an easy measurement of NADH regardless of the turbidity of the detection solution by soaking the electrode mounted with the film to which the organelle containing the electron transmission element is fixed into the detection solution containing NADH and thus measuring the oxygen quantity in an electrochemical way in the analysis of the enzyme.
CONSTITUTION: The organelle containing the electron transmission element such as the mitochondria or the like is fixed to the high molecular matrix such as the polysaccharide like agar, and this organelle film is attached to the oxygen detecting electrode. Then this electrode is soaked into the detection solution containing NADH, and the consumed amount of oxygen is measured electrochemically to determine NADH.
