CONSTITUTION:The steel wire composed of C<=0.15%, Si; 0.5-1%, Mn; 1-2%, Ti; 0.03-0.09% and one or more kinds of the undermentioned Zr or V and the rest Fe and impurities is so Cu plated as to become plating film thickness 0.1- 0.7mum. Namely, one or more kinds of Z<=0.4% and V<=0.1% are so contained as to satisfy the following formula. (%)Zr+4(%)V>=0.04%.
