Abstract
PURPOSE: To avoid the measuring error, by providing the radiant ray shield plate so that the scattered rays on the test piece surface can not be radiated to the detector.
CONSTITUTION: The test piece 7 is placed in the heat shield cylinder 11, the heat shield plate 10 of ring shape is provided to oppose the inner circumference via the fine distance at the circumference of test piece. When laser light is radiated on the test piece 7, a part of laser light is scattered on the surface of the test piece 7 and the hold stand 6, but the most of scattered rays are absorbed with the shield cylinder 11. Further, the laser beam further reflected on the surface of the shield cylinder 11 is almost perfecrly shielded with the shield plate 10 and it is not almost incident to the infrared ray detector.
