CONSTITUTION:The first arm 1a of an L-shaped printing level 1 is inserted into a hollow core 7a of a bobbin 7 having a drive coil 8 wound and the projected end of the arm is positioned between a pair of magnetic pole plates 10 and 11 which are magnetized differently in the polarity by the coil 8 and a permanent magnet 9. The support shaft 2 of a lever 1 is supported on a bearing groove 3a of a support plate 3 in such a manner as to be free to rotate. At the same time, a small diameter section of a stepped pin-shaped stopper 16 is inserted through a through hole section 3b drilled on the support plate 3. Then, a spacer 17 is inserted between the back of the arm 1b and the stopper 16 and with a permanent magnet 18 joined on the top of the arm 1b, a stopper 16 is sucked on the back of the arm 1b through the spacer 17. An adhesive 15 is applied on the circumference of the stopper 16 to solidify the gap between the small diameter section of the stopper 16 and the through hole section 3b.
