Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently operate an oil pressure pump without generating excessive oil pressure, by driving the oil pressure pump by means of a DC shunt motor while controlling the speed of revolution in response to the opening of flow-rate control valves to which operation levers are directly coupled.
CONSTITUTION: This device is formed by a DC shunt motor 2 for driving an oil pressure pump 1, flow-rate control valves 5, 6 each mounted among the oil pressure pump 1 and both a lift cylinder 3 and a tilt cylinder 4, operation levers 7, 8 connected to the valves, speed instruction signal generators 9, 10 connected to the operation levers 7, 8 and a motor controller 11 connected to the generators. Thus, the efficiency of operation is enhanced while operation properties can be improved because the oil pressure pump 1 is driven means of the DC shunt motor 2, its speed of revolution is controlled in response to the opening of the flow-rate control valves and only oil pressure necessary for cargo handling is effecitively generated.
