Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a filter capable of removing ddposited dusts easily and being hard to be clogged by partly adhering a collecting agent to a surface with coarse fiber density of a nonwoven fabric having a coarse layered structure as a nonwoven fabric filter.
CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric having a layered structure with different fiber density of which the surface of the fiber layer is a coarse layer 3 with pore volume of 75W95% is formed as a filter of a electric vacuum cleaner, automobile and the like, thereafter a collecting agent 4 such as polyamide resin, acrylic rubber and the like is partly adhered in dot or line pattern on the surface of a nonwoven fabric. When a fluid such as dusts containing air and the like is passed, dusts are collected on the surface of the fiber layer, particulary, to the collecting agent, and are not almost collected within the fiber interior. Therefore, the clogging of a filter is reduced and the deposited dusts of a filter are easily and simply removed.
