Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent leakage occured at defective soldered part between seat plate and tube, by an anticorrosive treatment on the seat plate as well as elimination of oxide film on the plate.
CONSTITUTION: A seat plate 4 separating up and down sides of core part 3 soldered with tubes 1 and fines 2 in a heating furnace is immersed in a fused zinic 8 in a treatment bath 7. By applying an ultrasonic vibration to the fused zinic 8, the soldering material on the plate is peelled off and a zinic layer 8a is formed on the plate 4 or the tube 1. After that, the zinic formed on the layer 8a is turned to fine particles by heating the coated surface of plate in the furnace again, and invades into the aluminum surface layer. By so doing, even if corrosion is occured on the plate which has many sacrificial positive, the zinic particles being neighbor of the corrosion is corroded sacrifically and the progress of corrosion on the aluminum is prevented. So leakage is prevented in the bud.
