Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the device constitution without installing any special circuit for generation of the warning tone by transmitting the warning tone through the terminal unit prior to opening of the call state and at the same time giving the control to the extension of the call state via the control of the center unit. CONSTITUTION:The emergency information system formed by providing the terminal unit containing start switch 1 and contact 2 of the sensor and the center unit containing call extension control circuit 32. Thus the center unit is called out by starting automatic dial circuit 6 through operation of contact 2 of the terminal unit or switch 1, and the talking is secured between the terminal unit and the center unit. Then the following circuits are provided to the terminal unit: timer circuit 14 which opens the call for a fixed time; signal transmission/reception circuit 10 which transmits the warning tone prior to opening of the call state; and control circuit 5 which controls the timing for the signal generation. At the same time, call transmission circuit 24 and call extension circuit 32 are provided to the center unit side. And timer circuit 14 is controlled via operation of switch 31 to secure the extension for the call state in a fixed time limit.
