Abstract
PURPOSE:To strengthen connection of coil conductor mechanically and ensure operational efficiency through lowered temperature by providing concave portion for lower side and both sides of the mating surface of the conductor to be mated and by welding the concave portion embedded with heat-insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The mating surface 4 is provided by cutting the divided part of conductor 1 obliquely. The lower side and both sides of the divided part are provided with concave portions 5 and 6, which are embedded with heat-insulating materil 7. The conductor 1 is welded from the upper surface. The periphery of weld of the conductor 1 is provided with concave portions 5 and 6, which are enbedded with heat-insulating material 7. By so doing, adjacent coil and lower turn coil 8 are protected against heat during welding operation.
