Abstract
PURPOSE: To exclude the annealing process, and to cheaply manufacture the titled hot coil, by controlling the total draft percentage of the finishing mill group and the finishing temperature of the strip after the rolling work to a specified temperature range, and by air cooling and quenching the strip before the coiling work, under a specified condition.
CONSTITUTION: In the rolling work for the hot strip of the austenitic steel, the total draft percentage of the finishing mill group and the finishing temperature of the strip after the rolling work are controlled to the range of oblique lines being obtained depending on the experimental results. Next, the strip running on the hot run table, laid between the finishing mill and the coiler, is air cooled for 3W10 seconds, and then, is quenched before being coiled at a temperature range 400W600°C; the rolling line is thus controlled. According to this method, the annealing pass is excluded, and the recrystallization is completed, and the hot coil with restricted sensitization can be manufactured. Besides, verious technical troubles like as in the conventional pickling process the excluded, and the thermal efficiency is also improved.
