Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain constant buffer effect by increasing the bolcking effect of the one-way valve depending on the temperature rise of operating oil in the mechanism in which part of operating oil is so designed as to open the one-way valve and flow through the slide of the operating piston. CONSTITUTION:When the piston rod 30 slides in the arrow-marked direction A, the spring 60 is compressed, operating oil in the chamber R flows through the slide of the operating piston 40 and gas in the gas chamber G is compressed by means of the free piston 21. When temperature of operating oil rises with a sharp slide of the piston 40, temperature-senstive agent in the chamber r is expanded by head and the spring 432 is compressed through the spring seat 433. Force applied to the valve plate 431 is on the rise, increasing the blocking force of the one-way valve 43 against the passage 402 installed on the piston 40. Thus, it becomes difficult for operating oil in the expansion process to go through the passage 402, compensating for low viscosity due to temperature rise in operating oil.
