Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of the amplifier circuit by driving the power amplifier circuit with the AC stable power source controlled by the signal in which the input signal is piled on the DC voltage and setting the DC component of the stable power source to the minimum acitve voltage of the amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The voltage conversion is given to the AC power voltage for conversion into the plus and minus DC voltage at rectifier circuit 101, and the power amplifier circuit 102 is driven via AC stable power circuit 103. Reference voltage supply terminals 9a and 9b of circuit 103 receive application of the signal produced by piling the DC voltage on the signal applied to input signal terminal 6 of circuit 102, thus controlling the output voltage of circuit 103. Circuit 103 absorbs the power voltage fluctuation, the dispersion of the winding ratio of transformer 2 and others to supply the fixed voltage to circuit 102 at all times. The output DC component of circuit 103 is set to the minimum voltage necessary for the steady operation of circuit 102. As a result, the power consumption can be reduced for circuit 102 to lower the temperature rise of the circuit element, thus eliminating the characteristic change to secure a high fidelity of the signal amplification.
