Abstract

PURPOSE:To strengthen the adhesive force of flame spraying film by filling the pores of flame spraying film of a material having high heat resistance, high wear resistance, and high melting point, formed on a part, with a resin by impregnation. CONSTITUTION:A high-melting material, e.g., an alumina-titania mixed powder, etc., is coated on the surface of the part 5 of the rotating mandrel 1, etc., holding the rotary magnetic head 4 in order to form the flame spraying film 6 by plasma flame sprcying method. The part so obtained is impregnated with an anaerobic impregnating liquid in a vacuum dipping tank to fill the pores 8 of the flame spraying film 6 with the resin 10 which is curable by polymerization when being isolated from air in the case where an anaerobic impregnating liquid is used. Thus, the adhesion of the flame spraying film to the part can be strengthened and the peeling of the flame coating film by gringing, etc. can be lessened.
