Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled molded product with high close adhesiveness by a method wherein an epoxy resin coating is formed by using a polyamide resin as a curing agent and, thereafter, powder painting is carried out.
CONSTITUTION: A primer paint prepared by adding a polyamide resin shown by a structural formula (2) as a curing agent to an epoxy resin shown by a structural formula (1) is coated by a painting gun 2. After painting, natural drying is carried out and, according to necessity, baking is carried out. Thereafter, a resin powder such as polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene or the like is electrostatically adhered thereon and a powder paint coating is formed by melting said resin powder under heating.
