Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform the treatment of night soil with high heat efficency and without causing environmental pollution by recycling a greater part of waste gas discharged after the evaporation of night soil by a heating gas and also by heat-exchanging the rest for the utilization of heat.
CONSTITUTION: Night soil is removed its impurities and then supplied to the drier 4 quantitatively, where it is brought contact with heating gas from the heating furnace 5 to evaporate moisture present in the night soil directly. A greater part of the waste gas discharged there is returned through the heat exchanger 7 into the heating furnace 5 and then recycled, after deodorization, to the drier 4, and also the rest of the waste gas are passed through the distribution valve 8 to the heat exchanger 7 to heat circulating gas and then removed its dust at the cyclone 9 to discharge through the stack 10 to the air as harmless waste gas. Thus, it is possible to treat night soil by making it harmless by deodorization at heating furnace as well as with high heat efficiency.
