Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a good insulating film on a ring core and others by first applying insulative painting to an article to be insulated while holding it by means of a string-like insulative substance, and then making a part of the painted insulative substance to be integral with the insulating film.
CONSTITUTION: After providing a uniform insulating film 5 on a ring core 1 or a bar-like core according to electrostatic coating or drift dipping while sustaining it by use of a string-like insulative subatance such as a cotton thread 4 and the like, the cotton thread 4 is cut away so as to leave the portion adhered on the core as it is. This method assures providing a good and uniform insulating film 5 on the entire surface of the core 1 and enables simultaneous formation of the film on a large number of articles to be insulated.
