Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by placing a rolling conveyor and guide layer between two carrying conveyors thereby enabling automatic and continuous change of lying product into standing state.
CONSTITUTION: Rectangular board products A are sequentially carried while lying on first conveyor 2, and after mounting single product on rolling conveyor 3 and confirming electrically the conveyor 3 is rolled downwardly. After cancelling of stopper of conveyor 3, the leading and trailing edges of product A are received respectively at upper end of L-shaped wicket 7b of second conveyor and the receiving section 8a of product guide lever 8, then it is lowered as it is and transferred to L-shaped wicket 7b of second conveyor 7. Since second conveyor 7 rotates intermittently, product A is dipped through corresponding L-shaped wicket 7b and transferred while standing.
