Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the inspection in a short time with easy operation, by classifying the circuit pattern in the circuit board into four types through the division of possibility of direct short circuit and performing the insulation test for two types respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A part of the circuit patterns 1, 2...n is classified with four colors, such as red, blue, green and yellow. In this case, the circuit pattern having possibility of direct contact due to adjacent position each other is colored in different colors without fail. For example, the pattern having the possibility of direct contact to the pattern 1 in red is 2W4 and 6W8, and they are classified in the colors other than red. Since direct contact possibility is present for 2 and 3, 2 and 4, and 3 and 4, different colors are used. By short circuit with the same color pattern, the insulation among other patterns is measured by every two terminals by the operation of the switches S1, S2, S3 and S4. Thus, the insulation check between the circuit patterns having the possibility of direct contact can be fully made.
