PURPOSE:To enable an oscillator to operate stably by providing a variable tuning element between a circulator and terminating set and then by adjusting the input impedance curve of the circulator by varying the element. CONSTITUTION:Tuning element 16 is provided between circulator 6 and terminating set 9 and output power 5 from oscillator 4 is transmitted to resonator circuit 17 by way of circulator 6. Then, reflected wave 18 from resonator 17 is divided by circulator 6 into reverse component 19 and forward component 20, and forward component 20 is transmitted as reflected wave 21 to oscillator 4 through the slight reflection of terminating set 9. Here, adjusting tuning element 16 enables oscillator 4 to operate stably.
