Abstract
PURPOSE: The title rubber composition for use as car parts, etc., obtained by blending a liquid unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene copolymer and an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-α,β-unsaturated carboxylate terpolymer.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition comprising A) 5W50 parts by wt. of a liquid copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity [η] measured by using methyl ethyl ketone at 30°C of 0.01W0.2, consisting of 10W50 wt%, preferably 20W40 wt% of unsaturated nitrile, 10W80 wt%, preferably 60W80 wt% of a conjugated diene, and 0W80 wt% of α,β-unsaturated carboxylate, and B) 95W50 parts by wt. of an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-α,β-unsaturated carboxylate terpolymer rubber.
EFFECT: Improved breaking life of solvent cracking phenomena, usable under severe conditions.
