Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a coil and the like impregneted in vacuum atmosphere, having excellent water resisting and moisture resisting properties, by jointing together the connecting tip and a lead wire, applying silicon putty to a joint successively winding an elastic tape and a glass mixed woven tape, and by impregnating an insulation treating liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Coating materials are removed so that cores 3a, 4a be exposed in a tip portion of a connecting portion 3 of a coil 2 and a tip portion of a lead wire 4, and the voids of the cores of a joint are perfectly removed beforehand by soldering each core 3a, 4a. The connecting portion of the coil 2 and the core of the lead wire 4 are stacked, connection 5 is wound from the outside several times and temporarily fixed, and both are settled by soldering them. Silicon putty 6 is applied so as to sufficiently cover the joint, a tape 7 with elasticity and stickiness is wound from the outside of the putty 6, a polyester glass mixed weave tape 8 is wound from the outside, and the joint is impregnation-treated by injecting resin, such as, insulating varnish, etc. Thus, an impregnated coil with excellent water resisting and moisture resisting properties can be obtained.
