Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect a special code with a high precision without a complicated circuit constitution by using a ROM to distinguish and detect the special code from other codes. CONSTITUTION:Shift register 2 is constituted by memory circuits 2a-2c, and the number of pulses of a digitized pulse train for each scanning bar outputted from label reader 1 is inputted to circuit 2c and is shifted to circuits 2b and 2a successively for every pulse train input. The counted value is inputted from circuits 2a and 2b to terminals 3b and 3a for ROM 3 and is inputted from circuits 2c and 2b to terminals 4a and 4b for ROM 4.
