Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a constant laser ray at all times by controlling a fixed current source in such a manner as to measure light on rear sides of reflectors of output side and reflecting side. CONSTITUTION:A light-sensing element 7 is arranged on rear side of a reflector 5 opposite to output side, and a part of leaser ray leaking from the reflector 5 is received by the light-sensing element. Output of the element 7 is amplified by an amplifier 8 to control a variable fixed current source 6. At the current source 6, output of an amplifier 8 is compared with a base voltage 11 to control a transistor 9 and a load 12 (electrodes 3 and 3'). It is possible, in this manner, to obtain a stabilized laser ray without deteriorating output light.
