Abstract
PURPOSE: To treat a desulfurizing agent reacting in a fluid layer boiler at low cost by using reducing gas formed by partially oxidizing combustible carbon dispersed from the boiler, in a fluid layer boiler system that employs the desulfurizing agent in a regeneration circulation shape.
CONSTITUTION: A device that adopts limestone as a desulfurizing agent of a fluid layer furnace will be explained. Coal is introduced from a hopper 5 and limestone, the desulfurizing agent for make-up, from a hopper 6 to a fluid layer boiler body 1, to which heat transfer pipes 2 are disposed, through a particle transport pipe 4 respectively. Combustion gas burnt and desulfurized in a fluid layer and dispersed dust are sent to first and second cyclones 14, 15, and dispersed dust is removed. Dispersed dust collected by means of the first cyclone 14 contains a large quantity of combustible carbon, is fed to a regenerating tower 13 through a line 7, is partially oxidized by air from an air pipe 10 and regenerates the desulfurizing agent in the boiler body 1 from a transport pipe 12.
