Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the heat-resistance adhesive intensity especially between the coil and the barrel to which the load is applied without impairing the working efficiency by using the adesive coating of a specific composition for coating of the coil barrel and the electric wire. CONSTITUTION:Polyamide resin 100 weight part functioning as the initial adhesive, polyamide/polyimide prepolymer or polyamide prepolymer 30-80 weight part to be used as the heat-resistance giving component, epoxy resin 20-70 weight part plus the alkyl ether-amino triazine resin of 3-15 weight part added to the above resin components. These material resin are then dissolved into the mixture solvent of methacresol and xylene to obtain a coating. Such coating is coated on the surface of the coil barrel previously via the alcohol-group solvent in the reswelling and adhesion possible range with drying. On the other hand, this coating is coated and baked directly on the conductor or the insulated conductor also in the reswelling and adhesion possible range to obtain the self-fused insulated electric wire. Such electric wire is then wound into one body with coating of the alcohol-group solvent applied simultaneously and then heated to be hardened. In this way, the 3-dimensional net- like structure is secured between the electric wires as well as between the coil and coil barrel, thus obtaining the insoluble substance.
