Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to make thin the thickness of dial plate and low in cost, by constituting the inorganic material of the dial plate such as noble stone and porcelaine incorporatedly to the base dial being the electro-forming material.
CONSTITUTION: On the base dial 11 formed by electro-forming with metal such as copper and silver, the face dial 12 formed with inorganic material(noble stone and porcelaine) in electro-forming is incorporatedly constituted. In the manufacture of the dial plate, at the upper surface of the face dial 12, the adhesives 15 is coated. Next, while incorporating the face dial 12 to the electro-forming mold 14, the base dial 11 is incorporatedly formed with evaporation for the electro-forming material. Since the electro-forming is made around at 100°C, the adhesives 15 used at first is molten below 100°C and the dial plate formed can easily be detached from the electro-forming mold 14.
