Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the cheap, compact dissolving gas sampling device, by providing a slurry settling tank and a bubbling tank, which introduces a sample liquid after separating slurry while inducing and bubbling gas.
CONSTITUTION: A slurry settling tank TK1 forms a flow path for circulating a process liquid flowing through a process line PL while constituting a means for transferring a sample liquid sampled to a bubbling tank TK2 at the next stage. A circulation flow path is made up by communicating a probe PB from the process line PL and a head portion of the tank TK1 by means of a duct L1 to which a valve BV2 is installed. The transfer means is built up by communicating a N2 gas source G2 and the head portion of the tank TK1 by means of a duct L2 to which a fixed reducing valve R1 and a valve SV1 are disposed. The bottom and a sealing vessel TK3 are communicated by means of a duct L4 to which a valve SV7 is mounted in order to gain bubbling action in the tank TK2, and the tank TK2 is communicated with an analysis meter A1 by means of a duct L5 to which a valve SV5 is installed.
