Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a conductor freely slidable even after impregnated with resin and improve insulating performance by winding semiconductor tape and separable semiconductor tape sequentially around the earth insulating layer of the conductor and inserting them into a slot via a semiconductor liner.
CONSTITUTION: Semiconductor tape 17 with a fiber material as its base material is wound around the earth insulating layer 14 of a conductor 11 and again around the tape, separable semiconductor tape 19 of low adhesive property with impregnated resin, for instance, tetrafluoroethylene semiconductor tape is wound. A coil made in such a way is put into a core slot 15a via a liner 20 consisting of semiconductor laminate plates and thermosetting resin is infiltrated. By so doing, the conductor 11 is made freely slidable even when thermally expanded, the reliability of the insulating layer is improved, and further, corona generation and the swelling out of the insulating layer at the end of the core or the end of the air duct provided in the core can be prevented.
