Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to facilitate switching of control modes without giving a shock to a test piece by controlling an analogue switch, which is provided in the preceding stage of a servo valve, according to control modes.
CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure is given to servo valve 2 to operate actuator 7, and displacement detection 8, expansion detection 9 and load detection 10 for test piece 4 are performed selectively. In this case, addition point 17 to add control signals of respective modes is provided in the preceding stage of valve 2, and analogue switches 161W163 are provided between point 17 and addition points 151W153 for signals of respective negative feedback control systems, and switching of respective modes is performed by controlling analogue switches. The signal from oscillator 5 and signals from position setting equipments 141W143 are applied to points 151W 153, and the signal from oscillator 5 is made zero, and corresponding mode selection switches 231W233 are depressed when outputs of points 151W153 of the switched mode side. Thus, pertinent switches transfer to opening and closing gradually.
