Abstract
PURPOSE: To cast shape tubes easily by centrifugal casting, by burying and extinction model which becomes the cavity for branch tube forming, in exposed form in the inside of the mold, in the branch tube forming position of centrifugal casting mold by casting sand, and projecting the mold in the extinction mold by the size larger than the wall thickness of tube body casting.
CONSTITUTION: A metal frame for centrifugal casting 1 is rotatably placed on plural rollers 2. In the metal frame 1 formed a mold for main tube 5 of shape tube with fluid sand. In the desired branch tube forming position of this mold 5 is buried an extinction model 6 for branch tube formed with material such as styrol foam to be vaporized and extinguished by molten steel. In this costitution, a shape tube with a branch tube may be easily manufactured by centrifugal casting.
