Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the combustion efficiency of an ultrasonic vaporization combustion system by applying ultrasonic vibration to combustible liquid fuel and auxiliary fuel such as water, alcohol or the like to thereby alter them to fine foggy particles and intaking them by an air pump or the like to then pressurize them and to burn them.
CONSTITUTION: When an ultrasonic vibrator 6 mounted on the bottom of a vaporization tank 3 is driven to radiate ultrasonic beam toward liquid surface and to focus the beam in the vicinity of the liquid surface, fuel is instantaneously atomized to become vaporized gas 12. A solenoid valve 2 is controlled to open or close by a liquid surface level detector 4 at this time to thereby retain the liquid surface in the tank 3 at constant level. Then, an air pump 7 is driven to intake and pressurize the gas 12 and to open a solenoid valve 10 via a check valve 9 to thereby inject the gas 12 from an injection port 11 and to then ignite and burn it. When fuel containing combustible liquid and auxiliary fuel such as water, alcohol or the like is vaporized thus and is then burnt, it can improve the combustion efficiency of this ultrasonic vaporization combustion system.
