Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the infiltration of dust into a slinding section and obtain a stable compressing operation by a mechanism wherein a dust sucked up simultaneously with a lubricant from the end of rotary shaft is separated to the cutside of the lubrication passage with a centrifugal force.
CONSTITUTION: A recess shaped dust well 5f is confined on the external wall of the rotational shaft 5, which is smaller than the external diameter of the rotary shaft and larger than the internal diameter thereof, namely within the limit of steel pipe thickness of the rotary shaft 5, besides, number of communicating hole 5g and diameter thereof are properly selected so as to pass all lubricant flowing through the internal wall on the hole 5g to communicate the recess section of the internal wall and the external wall. The lubricant 4 is sucked from the oil feed hole 5b as the rotating shaft 5 revolved to develop the centrifugal force at the internal wall inclined face 5c of the choke section, the dust within the lubricant 4 being separated in the dust wall 5f, enabling to prevent from the seizure of sliding section and locking accident.
