Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the pulse waveforms of alomost infinite types, by various settings of the input and the drive condition to two differential amplifiers in parallel constitution. CONSTITUTION:The constant current source 13 is connected to the differential amplifier 21 consisting of transistors TR11, 12, the constant current source 16 is connected to the differential amplifier 22 consisting of TR14, 15, and the output resistors 17, 18 are connected to the parallel junction of differential pair of each amplifier. Further, the integration waveform input INT in crossing with the both IN1 and IN2 is respectively fed to each differential amplifier to obtain the output OUT and OUT'. In this case, by arbitrarily changing the set of the resistance value of the resistors 17, 18, magnitude of constant currents I1, I2, level of a given input IN1, IN2, and slope of integration waveform input INT, the pulse waveforms of almost infinite types can be obtained.
